Processes
Starting from base raw material coming to final dispatch of product, we follow below processes to make sure that products are made of high standards to satisfy our customer by every mean possible.
Foundry
We have in house foundry where we melt 200 MT of brass scrap on a monthly basis and produce semi finished products like Brass Rods, Strips, Bars or Waffle Plates depending on requirements.
COMPOSITION TEST
During the Foundry process every heat has been tested with inhouse Latest German Technology equipment Spectro Machine, Testing carried out to match the Chemical Composition required by the Customer.
Machining
Semi Finished Products goes to Machining Section where various operations on products are conducted on SPM (Special Purpose Machines) to shape products as per customers required dimensions or drawing,
CNC Machining
We own high end CNC machining which allows us customize our customer’s requirement based on drawings and diameters given by them.
Testing and Visual Inspection
Finished Goods arrive to Checking and inspection area where our skilled and experienced staff examine the goods on 3D profile projection equipment to match customer’s drawing. Aftermarket parts needs visual inspection to supply defect free products. After inspection it goes to final packing.
Packaging
With our capacity to customer with customized packaging and branding, all our goods are packed as per international packaging standards like bubble packing or packed in corrugated boxes with branding over box as per customer’s requirements.
