Process
Starting from base raw material coming to final dispatch of product, we follow below processes to make sure that products are made of high standards to satisfy our customer by every mean possible.
Foundry
We have in house foundry where we melt 2000 MT of brass scrap on a monthly basis and produce semi finished products like Brass Rods, Strips, Bars or Waffle Plates depending on requirements.
Annealing
Semi finished products are taken for annealing to give brightness and required surface polishing to final products.Annealing.
Cutting
After annealing, semi finish products are cut according to requirement of different product and different sizes. This is the main portion of process which determines final product’s shape.
CNC Machining
We own high end CNC machining which allows us customize our customer’s requirement based on drawings and diameters given by them.
Threading
Once product is developed as per customer’s requirement, we make sure threading process are done as per given standards of products.
Testing and Visual Inspection
Having all the latest testing facilities and team of high experienced engineers, once goods are ready after manufacturing, it undergoes hardness and chemical test for resistance level and durability checking. Visual inspection is undertaken by team of experts to double check with quality products.
Packaging
With our capacity to customer with customized packaging and branding, all our goods are packed as per international packaging standards like bubble packing or packed in corrugated boxes with branding over box as per customer’s requirements.
